1 Rep Max Front Squat

15 mins. To determine your 1 rep max Front Squat

Warm-Up with 2 sets of 5 reps, then start adding weight.

Rest 1:00 between efforts and more if needed.

 

3 Rounds

Run 400m*

10 Thrusters (115/75)

10 Pull-Ups

*To Jones Street and back.
