5×2 at 65% of 1 RM Power Clean

1 rep= 1 of the following in succession – Deadlift, hang power clean, push press

Rest 60 seconds between sets.

 

For Time: 20 Turkish Get-Ups (35/26/18/Unweighted for beginners)

Rotate arms every five reps.

 

Accumulate 2 mins. L-Sit on Rings or Pull-Up Bar
