5×1 Clean Pulls (Heavy) Rest 60 secs. Between pulls

5×1 Snatch Grip Pulls (Heavy) 60 secs. Rest between pulls

These reps should be perfect in technique. If not, lower the weight and make it happen.

 

Push Jerk from the Rack

4×2 (70% of 1 RM)

 

3×10 GHD Sit-Ups

Rest 30 secs. Between Sets
