For Time w/ Partner

20 Deadlifts (Load with 2x as much weight as you will use for PC & PJs, then remove half once 20 DL are completed.)

20 Air Squats

20 Toes-to-Bar

20 Burpees

 

20 Power Cleans & Push Jerks (125/85)

200m Run

 

Load 1 bar only. Once partner 1 completes deadlifts, partner 2 begins, continue until both have gone through WOD. Cannot advance to movement until partner 1 has completed all reps of movement or the 200m run.

WOD is complete once partner 2 touches team’s barbell.

 

200m run = first light pole after turning left on West St.
