Your Outlet

We all need one.  We don’t all need a cup of coffee to wake up. We don’t all need to hear praises, cheers or claps.  We do however, need an outlet.

 

Stress, life, distractions – what do you do for your outlet?  It could be to go sit and have a cup of coffee, while reading the paper. It could also be the one hour you share with your fellow Raleigh CrossFit athletes.  Both however are two very different outlets.

 

We take that hour of your time seriously.  We want you to look forward to your hour, whether it is your outlet to release “suppressed energies” or to just simply have some fun driven by hard work.  We want your training experience to be the best it can be.

 

If you don’t have an outlet – see if we can be that outlet for you.  Focus all of your energy on training hard. Reach deep inside and bring out your own potential. Don’t be afraid to unleash hell when you train.  Don’t hold back on laughing, on focusing, on gritting your teeth and gripping that bar.  And when things get hard, push harder. Nod your head and focus your eyes and go. Forget everything else that happened that day and what you have to do when you leave.

 

Just go.

 

Train. Hard.
