Training Session: June 18, 2012

Part 1:

3×3 Power Snatch (70%, 80%, 85% of 1 RM, rest 60 seconds between sets.)

3×3 Heavy Snatch Grip Pulls (Go as heavy as possible for 3 reps, rest 60 seconds between)

 

Once finished, prepare barbells for part 3.

 

Part 2:

800m Run

 

Part 3:

After 4 mins. Rest, athletes may begin their 5 mins. For part 3.

5 min. Every Minute on the Minute

3 Push Press (125/85)*

 

Must be able to get weight to shoulders. No racks.
