Deck of Cards (1 barbell loaded with 115/75)

Heart: Barbell facing Burpees

Diamonds: Power Cleans

Spades: Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

Clubs: KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Jokers: 30 total lunges –unweighted, in place.

 

Jacks = 11 reps, Queens = 12 reps, Kings = 13 reps, Aces = 1 rep

Perform number of reps as indicated on card for that assigned movement.
