Partner Up
5 Rounds – “The Runaround”
400m Run and Double Unders
While 1 partner runs the 400m, the other one performs double unders. Switch and keep running total of double unders for the partnership.
“Catch 22”
Then facing each other perform 22 Hand Release Push-Ups. While one person holds the “up” push-up position, the other partner performs a HR Push-Up, then switch. Alternate reps until 20 are completed.
