Part 1

“Big ‘Ol Ground to Overhead”

Four people to a team.  Each team must lift from ground-to-over head through a full squat 11,000 pounds.

The team has 1 bar, the weights are pre-set at a load prior to commencing. The load is not changed for the team once decided upon.

Each team member must complete ten lifts each. Alternating every 10 reps.

 

135 lbs. = 82 lifts

115 lbs. = 96 lifts

95 lbs. = 116 lifts

65 lbs. = 170 lifts

45 lbs. = 244 lifts

 

Part 2

40 Team Burpees (same team members as part 1)

All four team members must perform burpees simultaneously.  No single team member can go forth with a rep until all members have completed the burpee. Continue as a group until all 40 burpees have been completed.
