Hang Power Cleans (Use 75% of 1 RM Clean)

Oly Work

 

7×3 Mid-thigh Cleans (Go as heavy as possible, but reps should look good. Do no more than 80% of your 1 RM.)

Rest 2 mins. between sets of 3.

 

Then

 

5×3 Push Press (Go heaviest as possible. Do not re-rack.)

In between sets for push press, perform 20 Ab Mat Sit-ups. Then rest 2 mins.
