5×4 Hang Power Cleans (Use 75% of 1 RM Clean) + 1 Push Press (Perform 4 hang power cleans then 1 push press.)

Rest 2 mins. between sets

5×2 Behind Neck Push Press (Heaviest Possible for 2 Reps, may add weight between sets if needed).

Rest 2 mins. between sets
