5×2 Sumo Deadlift (Use 70% of 1 RM see 6/15)

Perform 5 strict toes-to-bar between sets. Then rest 2 mins.

 

5×5 Mid-Thigh Hang Power Snatch (Start at 50% of Snatch, then 60%, 70%, 70%, 70%)

Rest 1 min. between

 

For Completion:

 

5 mins.

10 Power Clean and Push Jerk (Use 70% of 1 RM Clean and Jerk, from Aug. 6)

10 Front Squats using same weight

 

With remaining time perform AMRAP muscle ups, ring pull-ups or ring rows.
