Part 1

5×4 Hang Power Snatch (Use 75% of 1 RM Snatch, see May 1) + 1 Overhead Squat (Perform 4 hang power snatch then 1 overhead squat.)

Rest 2 mins. between sets

5×4 Sumo Deadlifts (60% effort, see June 15)

 

For Time

50 Wall Ball (20/14 – 10 ft target for everyone)
