Carolina Clash Arrives this Weekend

Raleigh CrossFit is hosting the 2013 Carolina’s Capital City Clash, presented by Backyard Produce, this Saturday and Sunday, June 22-23.  Individual competitors will take to the mats on Saturday beginning at 900a, while the teams will grab some steel on Sunday at 900a.  Events will run all day, culminating the awards ceremony at approximately 700p.
